The TEAM!

The squadron staff team are keen to encourage and install Leadership and Initiative Training for all cadets on the unit. This will aid our current body and future Non-Commissioned Officer’s (NCO’s) among the cadet ranks to make them able to lead a team into any situation.

Training is useful for all types of squadron, weekend and the annual Wing Adventure Training Day (WATD) activities. WATD is an event where all 30 units within Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire meet at a RAF station to complete in various teamwork and leadership activities/exercises.
